    LADY AND THE TRAMP'S SPAGHETTI AND CHICKENBALLS



    NEED:
    1 egg
    1 lb ground chicken or turkey
    1/2 cup bread crumbs or 2 slices bread torn into tiny pieces
    1/2 cup spagetti sauce
    1 tsp onion flakes
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 package (8 oz) noodles, macaroni or spaghetti

    DO:
    Preheat the oven to 400*F

    Break the egg into a large bowl and beat it lightly wih a fork. Add the ground chicken, bread crumbs, the 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, onion flakes and salt.

    Mix everything together with your hands. Squeeze the mixture and turn it around and around mixed-if you handle it too much, the chickenballs will get tough.

    Wet you hands and shake off the extra water. Roll a heaping tablespoon of the mixture at a time between your palms to form a 1 inch meatball. Wet your hands again if they become sticky. Arrange the chickenballs next to one another (not touching) in a baking pan, 13X9X2 inches

    Bake for 20 minutes. You don't have to turn the chickenballs, they will brown evently.

    As soon as you put the chickenballs in the oven, start cooking the spagetti. When you add the spaghetti to the boiling water, start heating the extra spaghetti sauce. The spaghetti and the sauce should both be ready at the same time the chickenballs finish baking

    Put the drained hot spaghetti on a serving platter. With a slotted spoon, remove the chickenballs from the baking pan and arrange spaghetti sauce over everything. Serve with the gratted cheese.
