    JS, có family for a good Osso Bucco thi cho Ltc xin với, not the ones on the internet nhé, cái đó thì có nhiều rồi. I need an authentic one.....thx

    ACE nào có làm qua món này và có công thức ngon cho Ltc xin luôn nhé

    OSSO BUCCO:

    Ingredients:

    * good beef shanks, cut thick enough (2 inches)

    * tomato, garlic, onion/shallot, rosemary/thyme

    * beef stock (if available)

    * AP flour

    * panchetta (or bacon, or pork side = thi.t ba chi?)

    * good red wine

    Preparation:

    * brown the panchetta/bacon under medium low heat to release the pork fat; then remove the browned pork and save

    * salt + pepper + flour the beef / veal / lamb shank and brown them in that pork fat

    * drain excess fat, deglase the pot with red wine; then return the meat + herbs + broth + plenty of shallot + tomato sauce or sun dried paste;

    simmer until the meat is tender

    taste for salt, reduce the sauce and serve!

    red wine: cabernet sauvignon or merlot is good for this dish in both cooking and drinking with the meal.

      JS, thx for the recipe, tuần sau tính làm ăn, I thought Osso Bucco làm băng veal shanks mà phải không?? Ăn ơ bến Ý bằng veal, làm băng beef shanks có ngon không??

        Té xỉu, Admin nhà ta cũng là Chef Xịn à, cám ơn nhiều nhiều for thehint nhé, chắc là Ltc làm bằng veal tại quen ăn món này nấu với veal. [sm=thanks8zs.gif][sm=thanks8zs.gif]
