  • Pork Country Ribs

    Now hear this:

These pork cuts, Pork Country Ribs, are here for all of us to enjoy, especially to those with teens and guests. They are GREAT for the next few days camping trip too.

    No good = Money back!

    * Pork country ribs (family pack for low price)
    * garlic + minced yellow onion + sugar + black pepper + cayenne powder + paprika (if so desired) + soy sauce (OR fish sauce, OR Maggi): into a food processor, grind them up for few minutes. Have some alcohol (sherry, vodka etc.) add a shot or two.

** into a container or a large plastic bag: marinate the pork with the mixture above for few hours or even overnight.

Want to be fancy and asianish? add sesame oil!

Can use the same, or similar, marinate for chicken which should be cut into big serving pieces (thighs, drumsticks, wings etc.)

    Two ways to cook:

** best is to bake at 325F for about 30 minutes; then grill for more flavor (after letting the ribs cool)

** or bake then bring the tray up, broil for 5 minutes per side.

    No good = Money back!

Good for today, good for tomorrow, good for a camping trip (keep the pork wrapped on ice); reheat as is, cut into bits for soup + zucchini + chicken broth)
